Care New England Inpatient Rehabilitation at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI, provides focused, hands-on therapy for adults requiring intensive rehabilitation following a serious medical event. Our goal is simple: help you regain strength, skills, and independence so you can return home safely.
You’ll work with a full care team that creates a plan just for you. After you leave Kent Hospital, we work closely with our Care New England partners, including home care and outpatient therapy, to support your recovery without interruption.
Rehabilitative care begins with appropriate therapies that lead the patient to the greatest degree of function possible, with individualized therapy goals to prepare patients once again, to enter the world of independent living. Kent Hospital works with their Care New England partners to provide an uninterrupted treatment path from inpatient rehabilitation, to home care and outpatient rehabilitation.

Inpatient rehabilitation is different from a nursing home or sub-acute facility. At Kent, you receive:

Patients receive at least three hours of therapy per day, five days a week. Therapy may include:
