Comprehensive Clinical Services

The Care New England Dermatology Team provides comprehensive clinical services for adults and children, which includes specialized evaluation of disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. Treatment is provided for common skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, nevi (moles), melanoma, and non-melanoma skin cancers.

Full skin exams and patient education is a staple of our care. Skin cancer screenings, as well as education, can lead to early detection and prevention of certain skin cancers and diseases.

Dermatology services are offered through a partnership between Care New England and Brown Dermatology. The physicians providing care at our Care New England facility also actively practice with Brown Dermatology, Inc. and are faculty of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

The team at the dermatology office works closely with Women & Infants Hospital and Kent Hospital to provide a seamless transition of care when more advanced medical needs may be required after a consultation.

The Cancer Program at Kent Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services delivered by a dedicated team of professionals using the latest technology, offering patients and their families hope and compassion. A multi-disciplinary team of cancer professionals works with patients to create an individual treatment plan based on the diagnosis.
