Once samples are collected within the hospital or at one of our convenient Care New England  Laboratory Locations, they are transported to the main hospital laboratory and testing is performed in a timely manner. Some samples for Microbiology, Cytology, or Histology are processed and analyzed in concert with our laboratory at Women & Infants Hospital.
