What Lab Testing Provides

Whether an inpatient at Kent Hospital or an outpatient in our care, our laboratories offer a full range of diagnostic testing. Once samples are collected within the hospital or at one of our convenient Care New England  Laboratory Locations, they are transported to the main hospital laboratory and testing is performed in a timely manner. Some samples for Microbiology, Cytology, or Histology are processed and analyzed in concert with our laboratory at Women & Infants Hospital. Once complete, patients may view their Laboratory test results through My Chart.
