The “Caught in the ACT” Award recognizes staff members who demonstrate Kent Hospital’s ACT values.
Accountability: An employee sets clear expectations, provides timely feedback, follows through, and takes ownership of their responsibility.
Caring: Staff member acknowledges and responds to the needs and challenges of every person and creates an environment that encourages respect and appreciation – offering support, information, and hope.
Teamwork: The employee listens and values each person’s voice, asks “How can I help,” and supports the work of each team member.
Team members recognized with a “Caught in the ACT” Award will receive a voucher for a FREE small fountain beverage or coffee from the Blue Wave Cafe.
