Charles S. Hackett, MD, is a family physician who specializes in the comprehensive care of patients across the spectrum of life, including preventive care, management of chronic medical illnesses, and treatment of acute illnesses. His medical interests include prenatal care and obstetrics, pediatric care, office-based procedures, hospital medicine, and chronic illnesses.
Dr. Hackett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont before completing medical school at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. He went on to complete Family Medicine Residency training at the Duluth Family Medicine Residency Program in Duluth, MN, where he served as Chief Resident, and helped to create a primary care-based Suboxone program in his residency clinic.
In addition to his work at Primary Medical Group of Warwick, Dr. Hackett serves as a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Hackett provides obstetrical and newborn care at Women & Infants Hospital along with adult inpatient medical care at Kent Hospital.
Debra L. Roberts, MD
Debra L. Roberts, MD, grew up in Woburn, Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Science at UMASS Boston magna cum laude, and completed medical school at Boston University in 1995, cum laude. She won several awards while at BU and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Jamie L. Sullivan, DO
Jamie L. Sullivan, DO, grew up in South Florida and received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2010. She received her medical degree in 2014 from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. She completed her residency at Kent Hospital’s Family Medicine Program in 2017, where she served as chief resident. She recently joined Care New England Primary Care Practice in Warwick, RI, and enjoys caring for patients of all ages while focusing on prevention. She holds a clinical faculty position at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, reading and cooking.
Marisa E. Van Poznak, MD
Marisa E. VanPoznak, MD, is an attending physician at Primary Medical Group of Warwick. She received her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire. She completed her post graduate training in Internal Medicine at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital.
Therese Zink, Md, MPH
Therese Zink, MD, MPH spent most of her career in the Midwest caring for patients, teaching and conducting research as well as in academic administration. Dr. Zink is passionate about family medicine and teaching the next generation of health care clinicians, continuing to advocate for health care for all. Dr. Zink partners with patients to pursue their health goals, with a special interest in women’s health and global health.
