Peter F. Graves, MD
came to Kent Hospital’s Emergency Department after completion of his emergency medicine residency in 2003. He works a full clinical schedule in the emergency department, and is a member of the teaching faculty for Kent Hospital’s residency program in emergency medicine, educating junior physicians in the practice of Emergency Medicine. As such, he holds a clinical faculty appointment at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. With an interest in emergency department administration, Dr. Graves recently accepted a position as the vice-chairman of the emergency department, and is actively involved in developing improvements in the physical space of the department, and in the ways that patient care is delivered there with the ultimate goals of improving communication, efficiency, and patient safety.
