Please call our help desk at 1-888-287-1024 to make sure your logon name and password are correct.

Do you want to create an account for a family member or friend, or change your password?
Click on “Account” and choose “Member Maintenance.”

Do you want to give permission to a family member, friend, or healthcare professional to access your personal health record?
Click on “Account” and choose “Permission Maintenance.”

Do you want to learn more about medications you are taking?
Click on “My Health” and choose “Medication Center.” The Medication Center lets you research medications, side effects and dosing. You may also store information about the medications you are currently taking. If you enter a new medication, any interactions that may occur between medications you have stored in this section will automatically be checked.

Do you want to store phone numbers and addresses for your healthcare professionals, hospital, or emergency services?
Click on “Connections” and enter the information you need.
