Mission & Vision
Kent County Health Services, Inc. (Kent PHO), established in 1987, is a non-profit corporation that provides a vehicle for Kent Hospital and members of the Kent Hospital Medical Staff to align interests which working together to accomplish strategic objectives of mutual benefit.

The primary objectives of this partnership include:

• Develop and coordinate improved methods of providing healthcare to the community.
• Facilitate improvements in provider-payer environment by advocating for administrative simplification and improved reimbursement.
• Provide business, education and group-purchasing services to its members to improve their revenue and expense positions.
• Facilitate joint business ventures between the Medical Staff and Kent Hospital
