Kent Hospital: Men’s Cancer and Radiation Therapy
Mens Cancer and Radiation Therapy-Breast Health

Half of all men and one-third of all women in the United States will develop cancer during their lifetime. The sooner a cancer is found and treated, the better the chances of survival.

Kent Hospital, provides a full compliment of inpatient and outpatient services relating to cancer care. Kent Hospital's cancer program is accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS). Kent has many clinical trials available, offering cutting edge treatment for breast, colon, esophagus, head and neck, lung, pancreas, prostate, and gallbladder cancer. Clinical research, which involves clinical trials and other research protocols, are strictly controlled human studies of new and emerging therapies. Clinical research allows doctors to evaluate new forms of treatment, how best to apply recent developments in medicine, and to ensure that patients have the opportunity to receive the latest state-of-the-art care.

Although we are focusing on men's cancer for CNE Health Talks, Kent Hospital has a wide array of cancer services for men and women.
