 The Infusion Center at Kent Hospital, a Woman & Infants Facility

What is the Infusion Center at Kent Hospital?
The Infusion Center is an outpatient facility on the Kent Hospital campus where you can receive IV treatments prescribed by your doctor and staffed with nurses who specialize in oncology and IV procedures.

Infusion CenterThe Center is open Monday through Friday. Our hours are Monday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Our Center has comfortable patient areas with reclining lounge chairs, individual cable TV and music stations. Another amenity is our lounge for conversation with a self-service kitchenette and snacks for patients. A box lunch is provided for patients undergoing longer treatments. A stretcher is available for comfort, as well as a private treatment room for procedures. The Center also features a beautiful "Serenity Garden" where patients may relax, weather permitting.

Literature and information is available about treatments, medications and illnesses, as well as the opportunity to review and discuss any questions you may have with one of the Center's nurse specialists.The Cancer Program at Kent Hospital

Free parking is available just outside the front door to the Infusion Center.

From Points North take Rt. 95 South:
Take Exit 10-B – Rt. 117 West. As you get to the end of the ramp, stay to the right and, at the first traffic light, take a right onto Commonwealth Avenue.The Cancer Program at Kent Hospital

From Points South take Rt. 95 North:Take Exit 10 (Rt. 117). At the end of the ramp, go left. Move into the right hand lane as soon as possible.Stay to the right and, at the first traffic light, take a right onto Commonwealth Avenue.

Then: Follow Commonwealth to the first stop sign and take a right onto Leon Whipple Road; then at the next stop sign take a left onto Toll Gate Road. The hospital will be on your right. Continue completely past the hospital building and take a right onto Health Lane at the large blue sign that says "Kent Hospital – Emergency - Main Entrance." Ahead to the left you will see the 5-story green Trowbridge Center building. Across from that (to your right) is a long, beige building – Building 2 - and the Infusion Center is in Building 2. The entryway is clearly marked with INFUSION ″ PET SCAN ″ SLEEP LAB over the door. There is ample parking just outside the door.
