You might be at risk if:
- you are a man age 45 or older
- you are a postmenopausal woman
- you have had angina or a heart attack before
- you have family history of heart disease
- you are diabetic
- you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol
- you smoke
- you are overweight or don't regularly exercise
Learn the warning signs of heart attack:
Chest pain - pressure, squeezing or fullness in your chest that may last for more than a few minutes, or go away and come back
- Pain in your upper body-one or both arms, neck, jaw, stomach, or back
Trouble breathing- often before or during chest pains
Other signs - breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or light-headedness
