Nearly 19,000 surgical procedures are performed annually at Kent Hospital, the majority of them on an outpatient basis. Thanks to advanced surgical techniques and equipment, including laser and microsurgical procedures, patients are able to enter and leave the hospital on the same day, hastening their recovery in the comfort of their own home environment. The hospital’s 12 modern surgical suites are staffed by a multidisciplinary team including board-certified surgeons in numerous sub-specialties, surgical nurses, technicians, anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists.
